Due to the nature of handmade skincare products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will review and provide a replacement if approved.

Customer satisfaction matters, and we are always happy to address concerns.

Processing Time

All Stubbscrub products are handcrafted in small batches.

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days before fulfillment.

Shipping: Flat rate shipping: $8 per order

Once shipped, tracking information will be emailed.

Stubbscrub is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Local Pickup (Highlands County)

Free local pickup is available within Highlands County.

You will receive an email once your order is ready with pickup details and scheduling instructions.

Pickup must be scheduled within 3 days of notification.

Local Drop-Off (Highlands County)

Local hand delivery is available within Highlands County for a $5 delivery fee.

Delivery scheduling will be arranged via email after purchase.

How To Use

Apply to damp skin after cleansing. Massage in circular motions to exfoliate. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry. For an enhanced glow experience, mix Strawberry Lover and Luscious Vanilla together before applying.

Use 2–3 times per week.
